About the Division

The primary role of the division is related to the analysis of incidents related to administrative, diplomatic, security, intelligence, legal, regulatory and economic agencies of the country in the context of the management of international border.

We attempt to study and analyse the policies concerning country’s borders (specially along the Indo-Pakistan, Indo-Bangladesh, indo-China, Indo-Nepal, Indo-Bhutan and Indo-Myanmar borders) and suggest measures to protect it against interests hostile to the country and putting in place systems that are able to interdict such elements while facilitating legitimate trade and commerce are among the principal objectives of border management.
