Director General
The Director General serves as the principal executive and academic leader of the Centre for Internal Security Analysis (CISA), providing strategic direction, institutional leadership and executive oversight across the Centre's research, education, partnerships and public engagement activities.
Entrusted with advancing CISA's mission, the Director General works closely with the Board of Directors, Advisory Council, research leadership and institutional partners to strengthen the Centre's position as an independent and non-partisan institution dedicated to internal security, national resilience and evidence-based public policy.
Inspired by the leadership models of leading security think tanks, the Acting Director General combines strategic management with intellectual leadership, representing the institution before governments, academia, industry, civil society and international partners.
